Power Transformers

A power transformer is a static equipment that converts power from one circuit to another while maintaining the same frequency. NEEK has the capacity to manufacture upto 63 MVA power transformers. A transformer is categorised as a static device since it has no spinning or moving elements. The transformer is powered by an alternating current (AC). Mutual induction is the basis for transformer operation.
