On-site After Sales Transformer Checkup
The On-site after sales NEEK transformer checkup is a service included in your NEEK warranty. Our team will check the condition of your transformer and diagnose ongoing or potential problems in order to prevent any accidents. Please note that this service must be scheduled by calling us.
Leasing Service
NEEK attempts to enhance our customers' decision making process with fair quotes and easy to navigate application forms. Our primary goal is to make sure that all possibly eligible customers who can lease our transformer are provided with the option.
On-call After Sales Support
Our support is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. To start the process, all we need is a brief call from you and we will set up an appointment with one of our skilled service consultants who will promptly provide on-call support or visit the site to examine, repair and replace your NEEK transformer as needed with new items.
Installation Packages
For our clients' convenience, NEEK is pleased to offer complete installation packages with consultation. We provide our clients with complete installation packages starting from site visit to final transformer installation with additional safety accessories depending on client requirements.
